Just a quick post. I just spent time posting on my other site (here). I'm trying to spend more time there. I am on my days off and enjoying them tremendously. Went to a farm auction yesterday. Not real exciting but interesting and enjoyable. I'll never know how someones mouth can move so fast! I could hardly understand him. I could see the subtle gestures being made by some of the buyers and it made me afraid to scratch my itchy nose, for fear I'd be going home with some farm gadget that I had no idea what in the world it is used for! I like to watch people and see them having a good time. Lots of smiles and laughter. I don't care where I am, that is always good to be surrounded with. The weather was decent. Cloudy and chilly, but at least it didn't rain. That field would have been a huge mud mess!
Watched a cute movie this morning - Swing Vote with Kevin Costner. It was cute. All about the presidential race coming down to the vote of one man. Not a great movie, but like I said, cute.
The weather is getting better, but I'm still anxious for some sunny warm days. Golf weather! Won't be here soon enough for me! Have a great week everyone!

Oh I love auctions! They are so much fun! I laughed at you though...afraid to scratch for fear of buying something! I don't know how they can talk so fast either!
I love auctions too! I love them so much we had one at our wedding receptiong! hee hee.
Hope you're having a good week! :)
hi, peach! i worked at a store with a woman who had that talent...and it was hilarious when we'd all be standing around griping about the store manager, and lucy would start...OMG, no matter how mad we all were, pretty soon we were all rolling on the floor laughing!
Those auctioneers sure can talk FAST!
That is funny about you not wanting to even scratch your nose for fear of that being taken as a bid.
:-)
Sunny, springy days are coming! We've got spring here already with trees blooming and the weather warming up. I love it!
What a great post. I would be afraid to breathe for fear of bidding! Thanks for visiting my blog. I really appreciate it.
