Home for Sale

My goodness, it's been a little while. Well, nothing spectacular has happened, but mostly I've just been busy. Today is the start of 9 days off though! WhooHoo! But don't envey me too much, I took the time off to work on my house. I absolutely HAVE to get this house on the market! So I am going to spend this time cleaning and packing. I don't have the money to put into it, so no painting, tiling or anything extreme, but just enough to get it in shape to show. Just thinking about it makes me anxious. I have quite a job ahead of me. But by the end of next week I WILL have a 'for sale' sign in my yard!

I noticed the quote of the day on my sidebar, and I thought I would change it slightly.

I don't envy the work getting it ready!

Good luck. Homes around here aren't selling very fast at all. We have 6 for sale within a mile of us, and most have been on the market for a long time.
