The pressure is on!

Notice anything new? Ok, I guess I now have to get serious! The winter flubber is starting to show and seeing as how I'm no spring chicken I had better get a hold of this before it's too late. They say as you get older it is harder to lose weight so I figure I should be able to do this by bikini season if I start now. Posting it where everyone can see it will encourage me to stick with it (maybe). It's also a bold reminder to myself. Everytime I check my blog I will see it staring me in the face, so I can't ignore it and sit here eating Moosetracks ice cream :) Kinda like posting a picture on the refrigerator. We'll see how it goes.
*note - It's been a long time since I was at 160 but I had to start somewhere. So I gave myself a little headstart, if anyone wants to make a big deal about it I'll meet you outside in 10 minutes!

Just make sure that you do this weight losing thing in a way that it is healthy for you. No low carb thing.....just do the weight_watcher program and it will be a healthy lifestyle change. Don't worry too much about the bikini thing, you're beautiful no matter what.

I won't leave my name, I want you to guess....send me an email letting me know that you read this.

I so see me in this post - yes I am struggling at the gym again too. It sure would help if I had a partner to encourage me to get after it. Go get started.

I have goals too...none met yet and the part that sucks is that bikini season comes early for me this year....April 1st.

But I think you're more dedicated and have way more willpower than I do so best of luck to ya!

as long as you love yourself nothing else matters much. Exercise when the weather gets better.

I know what you mean! I need to lose some too, and actually 160 is my goal! It's not that far away but it seems harder these days to lose it than it used to. Good luck...to both of us!
